Kaneohe Hale

Kaneohe Hale On what was previously an under utilized half acre site with a very dated s.f. home of 1700 s.f., this project built out a new 2 story s.f. home that added over a 1000 s.f. of living space, as well as over 1200 s.f. of enclosed garage space, effectively allowing the owner’s family to grow, while keeping the older generation at home as well. The creative effort centered around the fact that the owner’s financing only allowed for a renovation, which required the process to incorporate the original structure’s foundations and primary walls. The finished product provides Mauka views of the Ko’olau Mountain range from the second story. LOT AREA: @ ½ Acre  LIVING AREA: 2769 s.f.  BUILT AREA: 3985 s.f.
