Kahaluu Redevelopment Located in an area currently undergoing redevelopment in surrounding properties, the goal of this study was to make full use of a large stretch of land along the Kahaluu Stream which has been under utilized.  This master plan redistributes the site's commercial retail to create walkable street frontage and a waterside public park.  Site amenities include a new canoe hale, amphitheater, picnic areas, children's playgraound, and over 70,000 s.f. of commercial retail and resturaunt space.
